Shipping to the Job Site 

We use a team of drivers with the right trucks and equipment for any type of delivery. Our team will ask the right questions ahead of time to make sure the right truck and equipment is on site for a fast and efficient delivery. Our job site deliveries are set up 1-2 business days in advance or weeks in advance if you prefer. We can set up deliveries for the same business day in some cases. We hit our 4 hour delivery window 97.5% of the time. Our standard delivery is an outdoor delivery where we unload the materials in a garage, storage unit, driveway, or curbside depending on the job site conditions. Our goal is to be accurate with your order and make sure it shows up on time to keep your project running smoothly.

Warehouse Pick Ups

We store materials in our warehouse where our clients can send their teams to pick up directly at our warehouse. Our showroom and warehouse is open from Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM for pick ups. We get our clients loaded up accurately and within 15 minutes or less. We have a 99% order accuracy on pickups and deliveries. We check through each order line by line to make sure you have the right color, quantity, and setting materials. In the 1% chance we miss something we will bring it to you as fast as possible!

• On commercial or residential projects we can have the delivery company sort, segregate, and hand deliver the flooring material directly into the space and location you desire.
• Our drivers use a combination of hand trucks, pallet jacks, dollies, or piggy back trucks to make the delivery as seamless as possible.
• We can do commercial deliveries on any floor as long as there is a service elevator in the building.
• We have performed this service all over the country for commercial and residential clients in urban settings like New York City and in deep rural settings with one lane roads.
